Adjusting the scraper on the TwinTeC coulter

IMPORTANT
Damage to the wheel due to abrasion by the scraper

To check the distance:

rotate the wheel.

The scrapers enable smooth running of the coulters on soils with sticky surface structures.

  1. Lift the implement.
  2. Secure the tractor and implement.
  3. Loosen the nuts 3.
  4. Adjust the scraper 1 to a distance of 2mm.

  5. To check the distance:

    rotate the depth control wheel 2.
  6. Tighten the nuts.

  7. To check the setting:

    drive for 30m at working speed and then check the work pattern.
