Changing the tractor geometry data

With the tractor geometry data, the position of the GPS receiver relative to the longitudinal axis, rear axle and to the coupling point on the tractor are specified. The geometry data is needed to correctly display the map view and for proper functioning of part-width section control.

NOTE
On some tractors with integrated GPS receiver, the sent position of the GPS receiver does not correspond to the physical position of the GPS receiver. The tractor geometry data must correspond to the sent position of the GPS receiver. For more information, contact the tractor manufacturer.
NOTE
For tractors with 2 coupling points, a tractor must be created for each coupling point.
  1. In the Main menu, select .
  1. Select the desired tractor.
  2. Select Geometry.
  1. Under A, enter the distance from the GPS receiver to the longitudinal axis of the tractor.
  2. Under B, enter the distance from the GPS receiver to the centre of the tractor rear axle.
  3. Enter the distance from the rear axle to the coupling point under C.

The value D is only available if the connected implement has its coupling point at the front of the tractor, Configuring implements.

  1. Enter the distance from the rear axle to the coupling point under D.
  2. Confirm with .
