Creating the field boundary

The AmaTron 4 can create a field boundary from the worked area. The AmaTron 4 can calculate the size of the field from the field boundary. The worked area and the remaining area result from the field size. When automatic part-width section control is used, the application stops at the field boundary.

If a field boundary is intended to be created without actually working the area, the worked area can be deleted on the AmaTron 4.

If an ISOBUS spreader is connected, a safety zone is automatically created inside the field boundary. When the ISOBUS spreader is driven into the safety zone, the part-width sections are switched off. This prevents spreading beyond the field boundary. The safety zone can be deactivated through the field boundary configuration.

For AMAZONE spreaders of the latest generation, the safety zone is automatically deactivated for boundary spreading.
