Marking obstacles

If there are obstacles on the field, such as water holes, electricity pylons, boulders or trees, these obstacles can be marked on the map of the AmaTron 4. If the vehicle is moving towards an obstacle, a warning is issued and the screen zooms onto the vehicle symbol.

The warning is only issued if warnings are activated in the settings; Activate warnings for obstacles and boundaries.

The map is only zoomed if autozoom is activated; Configuring the automatic zoom.

The marked obstacle can be used for GPS drift correction, Correcting the GPS drift with a marked obstacle.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Licence available for GPS switch pro

  1. Drive to the obstacle with the vehicle.

  2. If the marked obstacle should be used for GPS drift correction,

    take note of the vehicle orientation and position.
  3. In the Work menu, select .

An obstacle symbol is shown on the map.

  1. Use your finger to move the obstacle symbol to the desired position.

  2. If a symbol for a certain type of obstacle should be added,

    select the desired symbol.

  3. If the obstacle should be renamed,

    enter the desired name under .

  4. If the obstacle symbol should be deleted,

    Select .

  5. To set the obstacle symbol,

    tap on any spot on the map.
