Checking the TwinTeC depth control wheel scraper

IMPORTANT
Roller damage due to abrasion caused by the adjacent scraper

To check the distance:

Rotate the roller.
  1. Lift out the implement.

  2. To check the distance of the TwinTeC depth control wheel scraper 1:

    Rotate the wheel 2.

  3. If the distance is greater than or less than 0,12 in (3mm),

    Unscrew the nut 3.
  4. Adjust the TwinTeC depth control wheel scraper 1.
  5. Tighten the nut.

  6. To check the distance:

    Rotate the wheel again.

  7. If the TwinTeC depth control wheel scraper cannot be re-adjusted any further,

    replace the depth control wheel scraper.
  1. Dismount nut and washer.
  2. Replace the TwinTeC depth control wheel scraper.
  3. Mount washer and nut.

  4. To check the distance:

    Rotate the wheel.
