Cleaning the compressed air line filter on the coupling head

NOTE
The coupling head contains a tensioned spring.

Bolt tightening torques:

  • 1 1,84 ft-lb (2,5Nm)

  • 2 5,16 ft-lb (7Nm)

  1. Unscrew bolts 1.
  2. Unscrew bolts 2 a few turns.
  3. Lift the housing plate 3 and turn it to the side via the rubber seal 4.
  1. Take out the rubber seal.
  2. Replace damaged parts.
  3. Clean the sealing surfaces, sealing ring, and compressed air line filter.
  4. Grease the sealing surfaces, sealing ring, and compressed air line filter.
  1. Check the position of the sealing ring.
  2. Reassemble in the reverse sequence.
