Checking the blade on the cutting roller

  • all 1000 Operating hours

    or

    Every 12 months

Test criteria:

  • Wear limit: 10mm above the mounting bracket

  • Damage on the blade edge

  1. Put on work gloves.
  2. Slightly raise the implement.
  3. Check the length of the blade on the cutting roller.

  4. If the wear limit is exceeded:

    Loosen the bolts on the blade.
  5. Turn the blade

or

Replace the blade.

  1. Fasten the threaded fitting.
