Using the slurry spreader

IMPORTANT
Damage to the slurry spreader due to foreign objects
Stones, metal parts or other foreign objects that cannot be chopped in the slurry spreader cause premature wear.
Prevent foreign objects from entering the slurry spreader.
  1. Set the hydraulic oil volume flow for the red tractor control unit at 35-60l/min.

  2. To prevent dry running:

    Switch on the slurry spreader with the red/1 tractor control unit just before the medium flows into the slurry spreader.
IMPORTANT
Damage to the hydraulic motor
If the tractor control unit is locked when the rotor speed is too high, it can cause damage to the hydraulic motor.

As long as the rotor of the slurry spreader is rotating:

Do not lock the tractor control unit.

  1. To switch off the slurry spreader:

    Put the red tractor control unit in float position.
