Checking the diaphragm in the slurry spreader

  1. Use a suitable external ascent.
  2. Open and lock the cover.
  3. Check the diaphragm 1 for damage and correct position.
  4. Replace the diaphragm if damaged.
  5. Slide the displaced diaphragm 2 onto the filling tube and secure it with the hose clamp 3.
  1. Check the bolted connections 1 of the ring flange 2 for tight fit.
  2. Tighten loose bolted connections.
  3. Close and lock the cover.
