Checking the wear on the bearing sleeves of the C-Mix Super and Ultra tines

  1. Park the implement and slightly lift it.

The coulters are just above the ground.

  1. Using your foot, apply a horizontal force on the coulter tip several times consecutively.
  2. Measure the bearing clearance between the pin and the cast holder.
  3. Measure the bearing clearance between the pin and the bearing arm.

Maximum permissible bearing clearance: 1,5mm.

WORKSHOP WORK

  1. If the bearing clearance is more than 1,5mm:

    Replace the bearing sleeves.
