Checking and adjusting the scraper on the roller

The scrapers are subject to wear. The scrapers can be readjusted.

Roller

Scraper distance A

Wedge ring roller KW / KWM

10mm to 15mm

Tooth packer roller PW

1mm to 4mm

Trapeze ring roller TRW

1mm to 4mm

  1. Read the scraper distance A from the table.
  1. Loosen the bolt 1 on the scraper 2.
  2. Move the scraper in the elongated slot

or

If the scraper cannot be readjusted any more:

Replace and adjust the scraper.

  1. Tighten the bolt 1.

  2. To check the distances when the implement is lowered:

    Rotate the roller.
