Releasing the parking brake

The parking brake requires approx. 20kg manual force to be applied.

Hand crank position for rapid releasing and applying

  1. Pull the hand crank out of the holding spring.

  2. To release the parking brake:

    Turn the hand crank counter-clockwise until the brake cable is relaxed.
  3. Fasten the hand crank back into the holding spring.
