Fill the spray liquid tank and the flushing water tank via the free-flow section

NOTE
Depending on the season and marking on the machine, the machine can be delivered with a biodegradable antifreeze in the spray liquid tank. The antifreeze can either be sprayed out at first deployment with the spray liquid or it can be pumped out before filling the tank.
Antifreeze that was emptied out can be reused or disposed of properly.

  1. If the water hardness is above 15 °dH (2.7 mmol/l or 267 ppm):

    Add polyphosphate-based hardness stabilisers.
  2. Climb onto the service platform.
  1. Unlock the inspection hatch 2 on the spray liquid tank 1 and open it.
  2. Make sure that the sieve is inserted to protect against foreign objects.
  3. Release the handle on the filling device 3. Turn the filling device and secure the handle so that the opening is facing the spray liquid tank.
  1. Open the cover 1 of the control panel.
  1. Couple a suitable pressure hose on the pressure connection 1 and the hydrant.
  1. Open the supply-side stop tap.
  2. Open the Spray liquid tank menu on the TwinTerminal.
  3. Enter and confirm the target fill level for the spray liquid tank.
  4. Select .

The spray liquid tank will be filled.

  1. Open the Flushing water tank menu on the TwinTerminal.
  2. Enter and confirm the target fill level for the flushing water tank.
  3. Select .

The flushing water tank is filled at the same time as the spray liquid tank.

  1. If spray agent will be added:

    Flush in the spray agent during the filling procedure, Flushing in the spray agent through the induction bowl

or

Suction-extract the spray agent from a container during the filling procedure, Spray agent suction from containers.

  1. If the pH value of the finished spray liquid is higher than 7:

    Add citric acid or a special acidifing agent.

Filling is automatically stopped when the target fill level has been reached.

After filling, the pressure hose can only be disconnected from the pressure connection after the pressure has been relieved.

  1. Close the supply-side stop tap.

The pressure relief is performed automatically.

  1. Climb onto the service platform.
  1. Release the handle on the filling device 2. Turn filling device and secure the handle so that the opening faces outwards.
  2. Remove the sieve against foreign objects, clean it and reinsert it.
  3. Close and lock the inspection hatch 1 on the spray liquid tank.
  1. Uncouple the pressure hose from the pressure connection. In doing so, ensure that the pressure hose is still filled with water.
  1. Select on the pressure valve chest DA.
  1. Close the cover of the control panel.
