Setting up micropellet

  1. In the Settings menu, select Products > Micropellet.

For implements with decentralized metering units, the metering wheel volume is specified per row. On implements with central metering units, the metering roller volume is specified for all rows.

  1. Under Metering wheel, select the desired metering wheel or select ... in the selection menu above and enter a user-defined metering wheel volume.

Under Metering rollers, select the desired metering roller volume or select ... in the selection menu above and enter a user-defined metering roller volume.

  1. Under Target spread rate enter the desired spread rate.

The calibration area corresponds to the area on which micropellets are spread during calibration.

  1. Enter the desired calibration area.
  2. Enter an empirical value as the calibration factor

  1. Scroll through the menu pages with .

  2. If you want to monitor how much micropellet still remains:

    Activate Low level monitoring.
  3. Enter the rate increase as a percentage under Rate increase in the adjacent rows.
