Preparing the implement for road travel

  1. If the sliding frame is controlled by a camera system or by a manual control unit with joystick:

    Align the hoeing machine centred behind the tractor using the camera terminal or the manual control unit

or

If the sliding frame is controlled by a manual control unit with steering wheel:

Align the hoeing machine centred behind the tractor using the manual control unit.

WARNING
Risk of injury due to uncontrolled sliding out of the sliding frame during road travel
Observe the following instructions.
  1. Move the stop tap 1 for the sliding hydraulic system from Position 1 to Position 0.

  1. If the sliding frame is controlled by a camera system or by a manual control unit with joystick:

    Switch off the camera terminal.
  2. Lock the tractor control unit for the sliding hydraulic system.

If the coupled hoeing machine is equipped with a manual control unit, the seat of the manual control unit must be moved into transport position before road travel.

NOTE
The procedure is identical for the control unit with joystick and the control unit with steering wheel.
  1. Loosen the clamping lever 3.
  2. Pull the seat 2 with the seat rail 1 out of the profile tube 4.
  3. Close the clamping lever.
  1. Pull out both of the linch pins 1.
  2. Slide the seat 3 with the seat rail 2 into the holder 4.
  3. Secure the seat with the two linch pins.
