Cleaning the opto-sensor

- Disconnect the ISOBUS from the tractor.
WARNING
- Open the locks 1.
- Remove the cover 2.
- Release the lock 1 until the points 2 are aligned.
- remove the singling disc 1 from the drive hub.
To clean the opto-sensor, use tap water with dishwashing detergent.
To remove light contamination:
Clean the opto-sensor as follows.- Loosen contamination with the supplied brush for 1 minute.
- Rinse the opto-sensor with water.
- Install the singling disc.
- Install the cover.

To remove stubborn contamination:
Remove and clean the opto-sensor as follows.- Remove the spring cotter pin 1.

- Press the shot channel 3 against the gasket 2 in the funnel 1.
- Swivel the feed channel away from the opto-sensor. Pull it up.

- Remove the bolts 1.
- Remove the spacer plate 2.

- Disconnect the plug connection 3.
- Move the opto-sensor 1 down.
- Remove the gasket 2.

IMPORTANT
- Remove the opto-sensor 1.
- Soak the opto-sensor for 1 minute.
- Clean the opto-sensor with the supplied brush.
- Rinse the opto-sensor with water.

- Insert the opto-sensor 1.

- Move the opto-sensor 1 up.
- Put on the gasket 2.
- Establish the plug connection 3.
- Install the spacer plate 2.
- Install the bolts 1.

- Press the shot channel 3 against the gasket 2 in the funnel 1.
- Swivel the shot channel under the opto-sensor.

- Install the shot channel with the spring cotter pin 1.
- Establish the ISOBUS connection to the tractor.
- Restart the machine.
After cleaning the opto-sensors, the intensity of the opto-sensors must be reset in the software.

- In the Settings > Info > Diagnosis > Rows > Row section menu, select Row.
