  1. Determine the cutting disc diameter.

  2. If the cutting disc in worn:

    Replace the cutting disc as described in the following.
  3. Remove the dust caps 3.
  4. Unscrew and remove the central bolts 4.
NOTE

  • The right central bolt has right-hand thread.

  • The left central bolt has left-hand thread.

  1. Remove the worn cutting disc 2.
  2. Unscrew and remove the bolts on the bearing seat 1.
  3. Replace the worn cutting disc with a new cutting disc.
  4. Put on and tighten the bolts on the bearing seat.
  5. Install the new cutting disc.

  6. To ensure that the cutting discs touch slightly:

    adjust the spacing of the cutting discs with the spacer discs 5.
  7. Install spacer discs that are not required on the opposite side of the cutting disc bearing.
  8. Put on and tighten the central bolt.
  9. Install the dust caps.
