REQUIREMENTS

  • Machine is lowered

  • The tractor and machine are secured

  • Firm and level hall floor

  1. To safely reach the distributor head:

    Use a suitable external ascent.
  2. Connect the connection cable for the setting motors to the wiring harness according to the table.
  3. Seal the free cables of the wiring harness with dust caps.
  4. Seal the free cables of the setting motors with dust caps.
  1. Connect the conveyor hoses to the distributor head as specified in the table.
  2. For distributor heads without single-row control:

    actuate the lever 1.

The fertiliser is then conveyed back into the corrugated tube. The conveying air is discharged near the ground.

  1. For distributor heads and single-row control:

    Actuate the coupling rod 1 on the rows to be removed.
  1. To fix the flap in the position:

    Tighten the bolt 2.
  2. Connect the conveyor hoses 1 to the distributor head as specified in the table.
  1. Remove the clamp 2.
  2. Remove the conveyor hose 1 from the fertiliser coulter 3.
  3. fasten the conveyor hose on the machine with the opening facing down.
  1. Disconnect the air supply on the air distributor.
  2. Seal the open connection with a cap 2.
  3. Install the clamp 1.
