Function of the machine

The machine designation consists of the name Precea and frame width in millimetres. If it is equipped with the optional rigid frame, the machine is labelled with-2.

To use a pack top machine, a soil tillage machine is required as a carrying machine. The pack top machine is labelled as A.

Machines with rear fertiliser hopper and fertiliser coulters are labelled as CC.

Alternatively, the fertiliser can be carried in a front-mounted hopper. A hose package connects the front-mounted hopper to the rear-mounted machine. Machines with front fertiliser hopper and fertiliser coulters are labelled as FCC.

In the grain singling unit, the seed is singled and placed in the seedbed with the PreTeC mulch seeding coulter.

Depending on the requirements, the machine can be fitted with special equipment, such as fertiliser equipment or a micro-granular spreader.
