Metering unit

A metering unit is installed under each hopper chamber. The metering roller is electrically driven and can be exchanged. The spreading material falls into the sluice and is directed by the air current to the spreading point.

As soon as the implement is raised when turning at the end of a field or when Section Control detects the field boundary, the electric motor switches off and the metering roller comes to a halt.
