Adjusting the sliding shutters

NOTE
The adjustment of the sliding shutters must be adapted to the respective operating conditions. The optimal adjustment can only be determined in field operation.
If a filling block is installed in the singling unit, more time elapses until the desired fill level is reached.
NOTE
The factory setting of the sliding shutter is marked with a circular cut-out.

  1. Bring sliding shutter 1 into the desired position.

  2. Check fill level.

The fill level must be just under the drive hub.

  1. When the fill level 1 rises above the drive hub:

    gradually close the sliding shutter

or

If empty spaces occur:

Gradually open the sliding shutter.

  1. To check the adjustment:

    Drive for 98,43 ft (30m) at working speed and then check the work pattern.
