Adjusting the depth control wheel scraper

IMPORTANT
Roller damage due to abrasion caused by the adjacent scraper

To check the distance:

Rotate the roller.

The scrapers enable smooth running of the coulters on soils with sticky surface structures.

  1. Lift out the implement.
  2. Secure tractor and implement.
  3. Unscrew nuts 1.
  4. Adjust the scraper 2 to a distance of 0,08 in (2mm).

  5. To check the distance:

    Rotate the depth control wheel 3.
  6. Tighten nuts.

  7. To check the adjustment:

    Drive for 98,43 ft (30m) at working speed and then check the work pattern.
