Emptying the seed hopper via the singling disk

PREREQUISITES

  • Implement is coupled on the tractor

  • Tractor and implement are secured

NOTE
Parking position for the chute is in the storage hopper cover for row 1.
  1. Take out the chute 1.
  1. Open the catches 1.
  2. Take off the cover 2.
  1. Hook the chute 1 into the singling unit.
NOTE

When the collection container is hooked onto the chute, the chute can be loaded with a maximum 26,46 lb (12kg).

  1. Place the collection container 2 under the chute.

or

Hook the collection container 2 onto the chute.

  1. Place the collection container 2 under the chute.
  1. Release the catch 1 until the points 2 are aligned.

  1. To collect the residual quantity,

    Take the singling disk 1 off of the drive hub.
NOTE

When the collection container is hooked onto the chute, the chute can be loaded with a maximum 26,46 lb (12kg).

  1. When the residual quantity has been collected,

    park the chute back in the hopper cover.
  1. Position the singling disk 1 on the drive hub.
  2. Turn the catch 1 beyond the notch 2.

The points 3 are no longer aligned.

  1. Close the cover 2.
NOTE

Pay attention to the guide pin 1.

  1. Close the catches.
