Adjusting the cutting disk distance on the PreTeC mulch seeding coulter

  • Drain 100 operating hours

  1. Remove the depth control wheel together with the holder 1.
  2. Remove the dust caps 2.
  3. Unscrew and remove the central bolts 3.
NOTE

The central bolts have different thread:

  • The right central bolt has right-hand thread

  • The left central bolt has left-hand thread

  1. To ensure that the cutting disks touch slightly,

    Remove or add spacer disks 5 as

required.

  1. Mount spacer disks that are not required on the opposite side of the cutting disk bearing, with the central bolt.
  2. Fit on and tighten the central bolt.
  3. Mount dust caps.
  4. Mount the depth control wheel together with the holder.
