  1. Determine the cutting disk diameter.

  2. If the cutting disk in worn:

    Replace the cutting disk as described below.
  3. Remove the dust caps 3.
  4. Unscrew and remove the central bolts 4.
NOTE

  • The right central bolt has right-hand thread.

  • The left central bolt has left-hand thread.

  1. Remove the worn cutting disk 2.
  2. Unscrew and remove the bolts on the bearing seat 1.
  3. Replace the worn cutting disk with a new cutting disk.
  4. Fit on and tighten the bolts on the bearing seat.
  5. Mount new cutting disk.

  6. To ensure that the cutting disks touch slightly:

    Adjust the spacing of the cutting disks with the spacer disks 5.
  7. Mount spacer disks that are not required on the opposite side of the cutting disk bearing.
  8. Fit on and tighten the central bolt.
  9. Mount dust caps.
