Checking the V-ribbed belt

- Remove the bolt 1 and nut 2.
- Slide the bush 3 onto the connecting shaft.
- Disconnect the connection on both sides.
- Remove the connecting shaft.

- Remove the fastening bolt 1.
- Unscrew the fastening bolt 2.
- Remove the upper protective cover 3.
- Check the V-ribbed belt.
If damage, fraying, transverse cracks or broken ribs are visible, replace the V-ribbed belt.

- Unscrew lock nut 2.
- Unscrew bolt 3.
The tension roller 4 is offloaded (de-tensioned).

- Dismount bolts 1.
- Remove the lower protective cover 2.

- Replace the V-ribbed belt 1.

see Tensioning the V-ribbed belt.To check the concentricity,
turn the drive.- Mount the lower protective cover.
- Mount the upper protective cover.
- Mount the connecting shaft between the drive shafts.
