PREREQUISITES

  • Implement is coupled on the tractor

  • Tractor and implement are secured

  1. Switching off the filling auger
  2. Switch off the fan.
  3. Climb onto the loading board via the steps.

Climb onto the loading board via the ladder.

  1. Open the rubber straps 1.
  2. Open the fertilizer hopper tarpaulin 2.
  3. Remove residues or foreign objects from the fertilizer hopper.
  1. Insert the unlocking tool 1 into the lock.

  2. To open the protective screens,

    unlock the lock and use the handle 2 to swing the protective screen upwards.
  3. Remove residues or foreign objects from the fertilizer hopper.
  4. Close the protective screen.
  5. Park the unlocking tool on the fertilizer hopper.
  1. Release the lock 1 and swing it downwards.

  2. To move the calibration containers into calibration position on an implement with hydraulic fan drive,

    pull out the interlocked calibration containers 2 10 cm to the side.

To bring the calibration containers into calibration position on an implement with mechanical fan drive,

pull out the calibration containers 2 individually 10 cm to the side.

  1. Turn the calibration containers upwards and align the opening with the guide marks 3.
  2. Slide in the calibration containers.

  1. To bring the calibration flap lever into the calibration position,

    press and hold the lock button 1 and push the lever downward 2.

  2. To bring the bottom flap lever into the emptying position,

    press and hold the lock button 3 and push the lever downward 4.

  3. Clean the metering units thoroughly with a water jet.
  4. Clean the calibration containers.
  1. Slide in the calibration containers 2 with the opening facing down.
  2. Swing up the lock 1 and close it.

  3. To bring the calibration flap lever into working position,

    press and hold the lock button and push the lever upwards.

  4. To bring the bottom flap lever into working position,

    press and hold the lock button and push the lever upwards.
  5. Close the fertilizer hopper tarpaulin.
  6. Secure the fertilizer hopper tarpaulin with rubber straps.
