Cleaning the opto-sensor

- Disconnect the ISOBUS from the tractor.
WARNING
- Open the catches 1.
- Take off the cover 2.
- Release the catch 1 until the points 2 are aligned.
- Take the singling disk 1 off of the drive hub.
To clean the opto-sensor, use tap water with dishwashing detergent added.
To remove light contamination:
Clean the opto-sensor as follows.- Loosen contamination with the provided brush for 1 minute.
- Rinse the opto-sensor with water.
- Mount the singling disk.
- Mount the cover.

To remove stubborn contamination:
Remove and clean the opto-sensor as follows.- Remove the spring cotter pin 1.

- Press the shot channel 3 against the seal 2 in the funnel 1.
- Swing the shot channel away from the opto-sensor. Pull it upward.

- Remove bolts 1.
- Remove spacer plate 2.

- Disconnect the plug connection 3.
- Move the opto-sensor 1 downward.
- Remove the seal 2.

IMPORTANT
- Remove the opto-sensor 1.
- Soak the opto-sensor for 1 minute.
- Clean the opto-sensor with the provided brush.
- Rinse the opto-sensor with water.

- Insert the opto-sensor 1.

- Move the opto-sensor 1 upwards.
- Mount seal 2.
- Establish the plug connection 3.
- Mount the spacer plate 2.
- Mount the bolts 1.

- Press the shot channel 3 against the seal 2 in the funnel 1.
- Swing the shot channel under the opto-sensor.

- Mount the shot channel with the spring cotter pin 1.
- Establish the ISOBUS connection to the tractor.
- Restart the machine.
After the opto-sensors have been cleaned, the opto-sensor intensity must be reset in the software.
NOTE
- In the menu Settings > Info > Diagnostics, select > Rows > Row section > Row.
