Filling the micropellet hopper

PREREQUISITES

  • The micropellets must be free of foreign objects

  • The micropellets must be dry and must not stick together

IMPORTANT
Hopper cover damage caused by personnel walking on it
If the hopper cover is damaged, the hopper will leak. Metering will be faulty.
Do not step on the hopper cover.
  1. Open the fasteners 2.
  2. Press the hopper cover 3 downward.
  3. Unlock the 1 catch.
  1. Open the hopper cover 1.
WARNING
Risk of chemical burns due to dressing dust
Before working with hazardous materials, put on the protective clothing recommended by the manufacturer.
  1. Fill the micropellet hopper.
  1. Clean the cover seal and the sealing surface 1.
  2. Close hopper cover.

The catch 2 is locked.

  1. Close the fastener.
