Cleaning the micropellet metering unit

  1. Bring the changeover flap 1 to position A.
  1. Close the sliding shutter 2 on the micropellet hopper.
  2. Offload the bottom flap lever 1.
  1. Insert the unlocking tool 2 into the metering unit cover 1.
  2. Unlock the metering unit cover on the metering housing 3.
  3. Open the metering unit cover.
  1. Turn the drive unit 1 counterclockwise.
  2. Pull the drive unit out of the metering housing.
  1. Take the roller cage 1 together with the metering roller out of the metering unit housing.

  2. Activate the changeover flap 4 several times.
  3. Activate the bottom flap lever 1 several times.
  4. Clean the outlets 2 and 3.
  1. Insert the roller cage 1 together with the metering roller into the metering unit housing.
  1. Insert the drive unit 1 into the metering roller.
  2. Turn the drive unit clockwise.
  3. Close the metering unit cover.

Locking mechanism engages.

  1. Place the sliding shutter in the top position.
  2. Bring the bottom flap lever into working position.
