Changing the opto-sensor and shot channel

NOTE
The opto-sensor must be adapted to the respective operating conditions.
  1. Uncouple the ISOBUS line.
  2. Remove the spring cotter pin 1.

Before working with hazardous materials, put on the protective clothing recommended by the manufacturer.
  1. Press the shot channel 3 against the gasket 2 in the funnel 1.
  2. Swivel the shot channel away from the opto-sensor and pull it up.
  1. Remove the bolts 1.
  2. Remove the spacer plate 2.
  1. Disconnect the plug connection 3.
  2. Move the opto-sensor 1 down.
  3. Remove the gasket 2.
  1. Remove the opto-sensor 1.

  1. To select the opto-sensor:

    See Determining the seed settings.
  2. Install the desired opto-sensor 1.
  1. Move the opto-sensor 1 up.
  2. Put on the gasket 2.
  3. Establish the plug connection 3.
  1. Install the spacer plate 2.
  2. Install the bolts 1.

The shot channel 3 must be changed to fit the seed.

  1. To select the feed channel:

    See Determining the seed settings.
  2. Press the shot channel against the gasket 2 in the funnel 1.
  3. Swivel the shot channel under the opto-sensor.
  1. Install the shot channel with the spring cotter pin 1.
  2. Couple the ISOBUS line.
  3. Restart the implement.
