Adjusting the metering volume

  1. Remove the locking ring 4.
  2. Remove the end plate 3.
  3. Remove the metering wheels 2 and intermediate plates 1.
NOTE
To adjust the metering volume of a metering roller, replace individual metering wheels with metering wheels without chambers.
The metering chambers must be installed with a uniform offset so that there is no shovel effect.

  1. For uniform concentricity:

    Position the metering wheels without chambers 1 symmetrically at the centre.
  2. Install the metering wheels and intermediate plates.
  3. Install the end plate.
  4. Install the locking ring.
