Checking the TwinTeC depth control wheel scraper

IMPORTANT
Damage to the wheel due to abrasion by the scraper

To check the distance:

rotate the wheel.
  1. Lift the implement.

  2. To check the distance of the TwinTeC depth control wheel scraper 1:

    rotate the wheel 2.

  3. If the distance is larger or smaller than 3mm,

    loosen the nut 3.
  4. Adjust the TwinTeC depth control wheel scraper 1.
  5. Tighten the nut.

  6. To check the distance:

    Rotate the wheel again.

  7. If the TwinTeC depth control wheel scraper cannot be readjusted any further,

    replace the press roller scraper.
  1. Remove the nut and washer.
  2. Replace the TwinTeC depth control wheel scraper.
  3. Install the washer and nut.

  4. To check the distance:

    rotate the wheel.
