Adjusting the working depth of the leaf spring-guided wheel mark eradicators

  1. Lift the machine
  2. Release the linch pin 1.
  3. Hold the wheel mark eradicator 3.
  4. Remove the locking pin 2.

The maximum working depth is 150mm.

  1. Secure the wheel mark eradicators in the desired position in the grid 4.
  2. Swivel the wheel mark eradicators into the holder. Secure with the locking pin.
  3. Secure the locking pin with the linch pin.

  4. Make the same setting for all wheel mark eradicators.

  5. To check the setting:

    Drive for 30m at working speed. Check the work pattern.
