Adjusting the wheel mark eradicator to the track width

  1. Loosen the nuts for the clamp connection 1.
  2. Move the wheel mark eradicator to the desired position.
IMPORTANT
Risk of machine damage due to tilted clamping bracket
If the nuts are not tightened evenly, the clamping brackets can break.

To ensure that the clamping brackets rest on the profile tube over the full area:

Tighten the nuts progressively.

When a uniform thread protrusion on the clamping brackets is achieved:

Tighten the nuts with the torque wrench.

  1. To check the setting:

    Drive for 30m at working speed. Check the work pattern.
