Placing the metering unit in service

  1. When the hopper is full:

    Pull the sliding shutter 2 out of the metering housing.
  2. Park the sliding shutter on the metering unit housing.
  3. Pivot the bolts 1 in front of the sliding shutter.
  4. Tighten bolts with the wrench 3.

  1. If work is started without calibration:

    Close the calibration flap 2.
  2. Lock the closing lever 1 on the metering unit housing.

  3. Depending on the implement equipment,

    Close the calibration flap on the second conveyor section 3.
