Changing the opto-sensor and shot channel

NOTE
The opto-sensor must be adapted to the respective operating conditions.
  1. Uncouple the ISOBUS line.
  2. Remove the spring cotter pin 1.

Before working with hazardous materials, put on the protective clothing recommended by the manufacturer.
  1. Press the shot channel 3 against the seal 2 in the funnel 1.
  2. Swing the shot channel away from the opto-sensor and pull it upwards.
  1. Dismount bolts 1.
  2. Remove spacer plate 2.
  1. Disconnect the plug connection 3.
  2. Move the opto-sensor 1 downward.
  3. Remove the seal 2.
  1. Remove the opto-sensor 1.
  1. To select the opto-sensor:

    See Determining the seed settings.
  2. Mount the desired opto-sensor 1.
  1. Move the opto-sensor 1 upwards.
  2. Mount seal 2.
  3. Establish the plug connection 3.
  1. Mount the spacer plate 2.
  2. Mount the bolts 1.

The shot channel 3 must be changed to fit the seed.

  1. To select the shot channel:

    See Determining the seed settings.
  2. Press the shot channel against the seal 2 in the funnel 1.
  3. Swing the shot channel under the opto-sensor.
  1. Mount the shot channel with the spring cotter pin 1.
  2. Couple the ISOBUS line.
  3. Restart the implement.
