Checking and cleaning the distributor head

  • Tractor and implement are secured

  • Firm and level hall floor

  • Supply lines disconnected from the front tank

  1. To safely reach the distributor head:

    Use a suitable external climbing aid.
  2. Unscrew the knurled screws 1.
  3. Dismount the cover 2.

  1. To remove the deposits:

    Direct a water jet into the outfeeds 5 and into the corrugated tube.

  2. To check the flaps for ease of movement:

    Move the lever back and forth 2.

If the motor unit 3 or the connecting rod 4 are defective, the flaps can be fixed in place in the open or closed position with the bolt 1.

  1. Check the connecting rod and motor unit for damage.
  2. Mount the cover.
  3. Tighten the knurled screws.
