Fan

The fan 1 generates an air current that conveys the spreading material to the application points. The fan is driven by a hydraulic motor.

The fan speed determines the strength of the air flow in the conveyor sections. Depending on the equipment, the control terminal shows the fan speed and the pressure in the metering system and outputs an alarm if there is deviation from the target speed.

The fan guard screen protects the operator from injuries caused by rotating parts and it prevents the fan from suctioning in foreign objects.
