Checking and replacing disk closers on the PreTeC mulch seeding coulter

  • Drain 100 operating hours

    Every 3 months

  1. Determine the diameter of the closer disks.

  2. If the diameter of the closer disks is less than 7,09 in (180mm):

    Replace the closer disks in pairs.
  3. Loosen and remove the bolts 2.

  4. Replace worn closer disks 1 with new closer disks. Pay attention to the seat of the sealing ring.
  5. Fit on and tighten bolts.
