Adjusting the track of the stabilisation discs

The track of the stabilisation discs must be adjusted so that the hoeing machine runs straight behind the tractor.

  1. To align the track of a stabilisation disc towards the right:

    Follow steps 2 to 6.
  2. Loosen the lock nut 3 of the left bolt 2 and screw up to the bolt head.
  3. Loosen the right bolt 6 and screw it out of the thread along with the lock nut 5 until the tip of the bolt no longer protrudes out of the elbowed adjustment plate 1.
  4. Screw the left bolt into the thread and against the stop 4 until the stabilisation disc has the desired deflection to the right.
  5. Screw the right bolt into the thread until the tip of the bolt is touching the stop.
  6. Screw the lock nuts for both bolts in towards the elbowed adjustment plate and tighten them.

  7. To align the track of a stabilisation disc towards the left:

    Perform steps 2 to 6 in the same way but in the opposite directions.
