Spreading disk TS

The TS spreading disks each have 2 spreading vanes for normal spreading and 2 spreading vanes for boundary spreading.

Depending on the working width, spreading vane unit TS 10, TS 20 or TS 30 is used.

Characteristics of the spreading vane units:

TS 10 for small working widths
TS 20 for medium working widths
TS 30 extremely large working widths

NOTE

To ensure low-vibration operation of the spreading disks, balancing weights are mounted on the spreading disk. The spreading discs are balanced at the center position 2 of the telescopes for the boundary spreading vanes. In Positions 1 and 3 of the respective telescopes, vibration occurs for technical reasons. The vibration, caused by resonance, cannot be prevented and it does not affect the service life of the implement.
