Using Section Control

With Section Control, part-width sections can be switched automatically depending on the GPS position. To do this, the control terminal must be equipped with Section Control.

With mechanical spreading disc drive, Section Control controls a maximum of 16 part-width sections.

With hydraulic spreading disc drive, Section Control continuously controls the part-width sections.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Section Control available on the control terminal

  • GPS signal available on the tractor

  • Spreading disc drive switched on

  1. Switch on Section Control in map view on the control terminal.

  2. To use the shutters or part-width section control automatically:

    Switch on Section Control.

  3. To exit automatic mode:

    Switch off Section Control.
