Adjusting the working angle of the skimmers

Depending on the installation of the wedge, the working angle of the skimmer can be adjusted.

Setting position: +3°, 0° or -3°

  1. Remove the lock nut 2.
  2. Loosen the bolt 1.
  3. Remove the bolt 3.
  4. Install the wedge 4 rotated by 180°

or

Remove the wedge.

  1. Fasten the wedge with the bolt 3.
  2. Tighten the bolt 1.
  3. Secure the bolt with the lock nut.
  4. Loosen the bolts 5.
  5. Adjust the horizontal position of the pull-in force of the skimmer.

The skimmer protrudes from the plough body by 1.5 to 2cm.
