The dual-circuit hydraulic brake system must be used with tractors that are equipped with a dual-circuit hydraulic brake connection. The implement is braked and emergency braked by means of the accumulated pressure.

The electric immobilizer monitors the power supply of the emergency brake valve. If voltage is not applied, the brakes on the coupled implement cannot be released.

The implement will be emergency-braked in the following situations:

  • The ABS cable is disconnected.

  • The SL supplemental line or the CL brake line is disconnected.

  • Due to tractor faults, the pressure required either in the SL supplemental line or in the CL brake line is missing.

For implements with different load states, the manual braking force compensator adapts the braking force to the load states of the implement.
