Hydraulic brake lines pulled out.

The hydraulic brake lines have been pulled out of the coupling of the emergency brake due to increased tensile load. Emergency braking has been triggered.

  1. Plug in the CL brake line 1 on the emergency brake valve.
  2. Plug in the SL supplemental line 2 on the emergency brake valve.
  1. Plug in the ABS connector 1 on the ABS socket.
  2. Secure the ABS connector with the locking mechanism 2 on the ABS socket.
  1. Ensure that the ABS indicator light lights up when the ignition is switched on.
  2. If the ABS indicator light does not light up:

Check the connector and socket connections of the ABS cable.
  3. When the ABS indicator lights up:

    Start the tractor engine.
  4. Activate the tractor brake until the ABS indicator light goes out.

If the CL coupling is unlocked and the CL brake line is again ready for operation.

  1. Keep the tractor brake depressed for an additional 10 seconds.

The necessary operating pressure is being built up in the hydraulic accumulator.

  1. When driving off, accelerate slowly and check the brake function.
