TwinTeC plus double-disc coulter

The TwinTeC plus double-disc coulter deposits the spreading material on ploughed or mulched soil. The cutting discs 1 form the seed furrow. The spreading material is guided between the cutting discs and falls into the seed furrow. There, the spreading material is pressed down by the seed catcher 2.

The double-disc coulters are supported on the depth control wheels 3 and thus precisely maintain the placement depth. The depth control wheels close the seed furrows and ensure soil contact with the spreading material and reconsolidation of the seed furrows.

The coulter pressure and the placement depth can be adjusted.

The depth control wheels 1 are optionally cleaned by scrapers 2. The wheel carrier of the depth control wheels can be installed in two positions to vary the placement depth. Moreover, the depth control wheels can be installed at two different heights for different seeding conditions.
