Coupling the hydraulic hose lines

All hydraulic hoses are equipped with handles. The handles have colour markings with a code number or a code letter. The markings are assigned to the respective hydraulic functions of the pressure line of a tractor control unit. Stickers are applied on the implement for the markings, which illustrate the respective hydraulic functions.

The tractor control unit is used with different types of actuation, depending on the hydraulic function:

Momentary

Oil circulation until action is executed

Floating

Free oil flow in the tractor control unit

The individual tools are completely lifted or lowered with control units 1 and 2.

The individual tools can be lifted or lowered with a reduced amount of oil with control units 3 and 4.

The desired tool must first be pre-selected on the control terminal, see ISOBUS software operating manual. Tools that are not listed are controlled via the automatic mode.

The following tools can be pre-selected on the control terminal:

IMPORTANT
Implement damage due to insufficient hydraulic oil return flow
On the tractor side, only use lines that correspond to the nominal width of red T of the implement or larger for the pressureless hydraulic oil return flow.
Select short return paths.
Connect the pressureless hydraulic oil return flow to the intended coupling before all of the other hydraulic connections.

If the implement has a leakage oil line:

couple the leakage oil line in the intended coupling.
Install the supplied coupling sleeve on the pressureless hydraulic oil return.
  1. Depressurise the hydraulic system between the tractor and the implement using the tractor control unit.
  2. Depending on the equipment, the tractor control units are locked mechanically or electrically.
  3. Clean the hydraulic plugs.
NOTE

To avoid overpressure on the red T hydraulic hose line, a hydraulic plug with a minimum size of 4 must be installed.

If the hydraulic hose lines are incorrectly connected, the hydraulic functions may be faulty.

  1. Depending on the implement equipment, couple the red D hydraulic hose line with the corresponding hydraulic socket on the tractor.
  2. Couple the red T hydraulic hose line with the corresponding hydraulic socket on the tractor.
  1. Couple the remaining hydraulic hose lines 1 to the hydraulic sockets on the tractor according to the marking 2.

The hydraulic plugs lock perceptibly.

To route the hydraulic hose lines with sufficient freedom of movement and without chafing points, the hose holder 2 can be adjusted horizontally in desired position.

  1. To adjust the hose holder 2 horizontally:

    loosen the nut 1.
  2. Move the hose holder into the desired position.
  3. Tighten the nut.
