Adjusting the placement depth range of the TwinTeC plus double-disc coulter

For placement depths up to approx. 6cm, insert the rear bolt into the rear hole 1.

For placement depths between approx. 4cm and 10cm, insert the rear bolt into the front hole 1.

  1. If the implement is not on the headlands:

    lift the tools with the green 2 tractor control unit.
  1. Hold the wheel carrier 3 and loosen the bolt 1.
  2. Remove the bolt 2.
  3. Install the bolt 2 at the desired height and tighten it.
  4. Tighten the bolt 1.
  5. Make the same adjustment on all wheel carriers.

When seeding at more shallow depths, the height of the depth control wheel can be adjusted.

  1. Loosen and remove the nut 2.
  2. Take off the depth control wheel 1.
  1. Remove the bolt 1.

  2. To move the depth control wheel approx. 1cm further down:

    Insert the bolt in the hole 2.
  1. Put on the depth control wheel 1.
  2. Put on the nut 2 and tighten it.
