Emptying the hopper via the quick emptying

WARNING
Risk of accident in road traffic due to excessive loads
When the hoppers are full, there is a risk of serious traffic accidents due to implement damage or uncontrollable driving behaviour of the tractor.
Empty the hoppers before road travel.
WARNING
Risk of chemical burns by dressing dust
Before working with hazardous materials, put on the protective clothing recommended by the manufacturer.
  1. Switch off the fan.
  2. Loosen the knurled screw 2.
  3. Open the quick emptying with the lever 1.

The flap will be opened 3.

  1. Collect the residual quantity in a collection bucket.

  2. When the hopper is empty:

    Close the quick emptying.
  3. Tighten the knurled screw.

  4. To remove the residual seed from the tip of the hopper chamber:

    See Section Emptying the hopper via the metering unit.
  5. If equipped, empty the other hopper chambers in the same way.
